1. Acceptance of These Terms
By browsing idt.com.pk, applying to any IDT course, or attending an IDT class (online or in person), you agree to follow the rules in this document as well as our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.
2. Course Enrolment
Topic | Key Points |
---|---|
Eligibility | You must be at least 16 years old (or have written parental consent) and possess the minimum equipment listed in each course description (e.g., a laptop). |
Application | A seat is confirmed only after IDT receives your full first-month fee or three-month advance payment and sends you a confirmation email. |
Attendance | You must achieve 90 % attendance to receive your certificate. Missing more than 10 % of scheduled hours may result in removal without refund. |
Code of Conduct | We maintain a respectful, harassment-free learning environment. IDT may suspend or expel students for disruptive behaviour, plagiarism, or abuse of fellow students or staff. |
Schedule Changes | IDT may reschedule a session due to instructor illness, public holidays, or force majeure. Make-up sessions will be arranged at no additional cost. |
3. Fees & Payments
Payment Options
Monthly Plan: Pay before the 3rd calendar day of each month.
Three-Month Advance Plan (20 % Discount): Pay the full three-month fee upfront.
Late Payments
A late fee of 5 % applies after a 5-day grace period.
IDT reserves the right to withhold course access, certificates, or platform log-ins until outstanding balances are cleared.
Refunds
See the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy (15-day, full-attendance requirement).
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials—slides, videos, labs, and templates—remain the intellectual property of IDT or its licensors.
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own learning and portfolio building.
Reproduction, resale, or public sharing of course content without written permission is prohibited.
5. Use of IDT Platforms & Tools
Rule | Details |
---|---|
Account Security | Keep your student-portal and CRM credentials private. You are liable for any activity performed under your log-in. |
Fair Usage | Do not overload lab servers, share malicious code, or attempt to access other students’ data. |
Third-Party Tools | Some modules use white-label versions of third-party services (e.g., TheBigBot CRM). Their separate terms also apply. |
6. Limitation of Liability
IDT strives to deliver accurate, up-to-date content, but makes no guarantees regarding job placement, income, or business results.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, IDT’s total liability for any claim related to your course is limited to the amount you actually paid for that course.
IDT is not liable for indirect losses (e.g., lost profits, data loss, or interruption of business).
